Love Lost is a book of poetry by Ivan Veljanoski. It’s a beautifully written book of angst and love for a woman. At just thirty-eight pages, it is a very quick read. Each page contains one poem. In just a few words on each page, Ivan says a lot about pain, love, heart and injustice. The poems in Love Lost by Ivan Veljanoski are original, vivid, and powerful. They go right to the heart.
Love Lost by Ivan Veljanoski is just that. In his words, Ivan takes us on a journey of the pain of the heart, about love lost, about heartbreak, and a tortured soul. We’ve all experienced lost love in our lives, just not necessarily in the same way that this author did. These poems explore the nature of life and love and does it beautifully. Some poem titles are My Way, Tears on My Pillow, Broken Promises, Strangers, The Smell of Almonds, and more.
Love Lost by Ivan Veljanoski hits the nail on the head of the pain and suffering over lost love. If you’re a lover of poetry, there is no reason not to like this small book of poems. Love Lost is a nice collection of poems written from the heart. I liked reading it, taking the words in, and savoring each one for its meaning.
