Nobody feels safe in the United States due to the constant gruesome killings by a psychopath serial killer, who poses as a magician and preys on the innocent. Bane—a tough, highly intelligent, and streetwise biker—becomes the latest victim of these atrocities as the magician has murdered his loved ones. With the help of a gifted friend from high school (Jessica) and a high-ranking FBI agent (Pamela), Bane goes after the magician in a revenge-driven mission. However, he soon finds out they might not be dealing with an ordinary human as they encounter some bone-chilling sights and crime scenes. Are demons, as described in the Bible, real? Find out what Bane and his acquaintances discover in their dangerous search in Magician's Mayhem by Slate R. Raven.

It's been a while since I read a book that completely turned me into a fanboy and made me want to start telling everyone I meet to make sure they read it. Magician's Mayhem had the perfect blend of hair-raising supernatural elements, the coolest and fiercest protagonists, and a well-calculated investigation that made it a one-of-a-kind experience that was almost impossible to drop. The way Slate R. Raven advances the search for the villain with the killer's changing strategies is simply phenomenal and would appeal to readers who love to solve puzzles. I found some hilarious and exciting supernatural abilities that I've never seen in any other books, like accidentally broadcasting your private thoughts on the radio. In summary, Magician's Mayhem is perceptive, intricate, surreal, and incredibly addictive. Anyone with a stomach for gruesome scenes who enjoys supernatural books and a complex investigation would love it.
