Moonlight Cruise by Yurie Kiri follows Jessica Ascher, a survivor of violent events from her past. She is a mother who is determined to protect her young daughter, Zamzam, and has hidden out on a luxury cruise ship to do so. Jessica’s partner, Ruth, has a young son named David. Both children have extraordinary supernatural abilities. Thus, Ruth and her friend, Susan, will do anything they can to protect Jessica and the children. As the story unfolds, a group of relentless Satanists desperately searches for Jessica, Zamzam, and David. Their leader, Sam Rubens, collaborates with President Danny Trapp, the government, and other dangerous associates to locate and destroy Jessica and the children. Will Sam and his occult followers succeed in enacting their cruel plans, or will the local police, led by Lt. Jack Burns, intervene before it is too late?

Yurie Kiri’s Moonlight Cruise is spellbinding supernatural fiction that blends paranormal elements, mystery, political machinations, and suspense into a captivating narrative. The contrast of a beautiful ocean cruise with looming dangers in the background keeps readers engaged, offering a fascinating exploration of the mystical and the unknown. Kiri's writing is well-paced, expressive, and compelling. Her characters are all intriguing and thought-provoking in their own ways. Even though the adult characters add a sense of urgency and psychological drama to the novel, it is Zamzam's unyielding love and determination to help those around her that stand out the most. Moonlight Cruise is an absolute must-read for fans of supernatural thrillers that explore the battle between good and evil, as well as the power of prayer, miracles, and love.
