Moose the Oldie Goldie by Terry A Lein is a delightful illustrated story about what happens when dogs age. Moose the Golden Retriever has had a long, happy life with his boy, with lots of adventures, and plenty of loving memories. As he gets older, things don't work as well as they should anymore, but he still has his memories, and one thing has never changed – the devotion and unconditional love he has for his boy. Join Moose on his journey through life to understand the everlasting bond with a dog.

Moose the Oldie Goldie by Terry A Lein is beautifully illustrated by Joshua Wichterich. This is a wonderful story that teaches kids and adults how dogs age and the changes they go through. It also teaches them that a dog's love is unconditional and endless. The story is written in rhyme, making it easy for kids of all ages to follow and understand. It's an easy and heartwarming read, and the illustrations bring it nicely to life. The story is about a real dog called Moose, and a lovely photo of him graces the start of the book. Dogs remember everything about their lives, and this story teaches that it's down to us to make sure our dogs have a great life full of happy memories and amazing adventures. It also tells us to treat our dogs with the same kindness and love they show us. This is a beautiful story, and every child in the world should read it.
