Alenandra (Alex) Coulter, owner of the Movin’ Up Company, is patiently waiting for the temp worker to show up. When he shows up a little bit late, driving a Jag, dressed like he’s ready for a day on the golf course, she can’t believe her eyes. Well, guess he will do. She has a deadline to meet.

Jacob Chamberlain, Jr. is the owner of the business that the moving company is packing up. Plus, his father is running for governor of New Jersey. Why tell her his real name? He settles in to go to help until Alex catches him in an office messing with things he has no right to. Alex’s fires him on the spot. Should he let it be known who he is? Well, maybe later.

Once the truth comes out, you will meet two personalities that are both hard-headed, one a socialite that was raised listening to operas and one down-to-earth that likes to line dance and be right beside the hired help doing her share of the work. One who has such a close family relationship and one who is estranged from their family. Can these two find a relationship with each other?

This is a delightful, sweet romance that was a joy to read.
