Nicholas: The Legacy of a Man of God by Saul Miranda is a truly unique, one-of-a-kind book. It’s a biography that points readers to God’s faithfulness and focuses on Nicholas’s legacy, which is still being written. Nicholas’s son-in-law initiated the project. This book recounts Nicholas's life not only in his own words but also in those of his family members and the many individuals he served with. Appropriate Scripture verses and encouraging devotional thoughts are sprinkled throughout. An entire chapter is dedicated to photos of Nicholas and his precious family and ministry partners.
I don’t normally read biographies, but I’m so glad I read Nicholas: The Legacy of a Man of God. Saul Miranda did an outstanding job of putting this together. My heart was truly touched as I read about this man’s life, not only from his point of view but from those closest to him, both in life and ministry. What a beautiful idea to write about someone’s legacy while they are still living. I’ve never read or seen a book quite like this one. It’s truly special. I was thrilled to see the photos after reading so much about Nicholas and those close to him. The devotional thoughts throughout were so encouraging, especially the one about the tree. The image in that portion was a nice touch. The Scripture verses throughout were carefully chosen. If anyone needs spiritual encouragement, I highly recommend this book. It’ll remind readers that God is the same yesterday, today, and forever, and that you, too, can leave an impactful legacy.
