Not Tonight I Have a Headache: Understanding Headache and Eliminating It From Your Life by Ravinder Singh will provide you with an extensive education on the various aspects of a headache, from its causes and how to minimize the condition, to the preventive steps that you can take to lead a life free of headaches. Headaches are so debilitating that it affects everything, from our bodies to the economic impact in the world. But, ironically, in our society people see having a headache as a normal occurrence in our everyday lives, like putting on your shoes. Ravinder Singh teaches us that there are over 200 different types of headaches. To help you on your journey to healing, it is suggested that you keep a Freedom From Headache Journal to map out the pathway that you're undertaking. As you read through the pages, you will be asked questions, so take notes and be honest about where you are.
Ravinder Singh brought something to my attention that I rarely think about and maybe have taken for granted. It's our input in life and the proactive measures that we take in living a life of peace and tranquility that affect our output. I can almost count the number of times that I've had a headache, which is rarely, and it's because of the same principles that were discussed in this valuable resource. As I've become older and wiser, I'm constantly toggling between the Satvik and Sehaj, but as I reflect on the days of my youth, I see signs of Tamas and Rajas behaviors. Some people never mature to a higher level of consciousness and lack the desire to do so, but if you are seeking a peace that is beyond comprehension or want to gain a better understanding of what a life of serenity, joy and tranquility feels like without headaches, you must get this book. Namaste.
