Author Biography

Author Christine Grauer, MSc., was born in 1971 in Toronto. She was raised in a violent home and became "Mousie": a girl who never spoke up and ran and hid in the face of adversity. Christine was "Mousie" into her adulthood. She lived her version of "normal" in repeated abusive relationships, until the day her body shut down.

After her wake-up call, Christine stepped through the fear that had held her back her entire life, and she began saying YES to opportunities. She shed her victim persona and stepped into her inherent power.

Christine has her Master of Science degree in Human Biology & Nutritional Sciences and is a Certified Spiritual Life Coach and Certified Energy Codes® Facilitator. She's a single mother of two teens and is a corporate nine-to-fiver by day and an author and online coach by night.

Christine is on fire with a passion to mentor women who feel lost and whose stories no longer serve them, so they can live with unconditional happiness, regardless of their past or current conditions. Christine's journey and her teachings will help you see that achieving a state of happiness is possible because if Christine can do it, you can too!

Project Life: Stop Waiting For Your Happy To Happen by Christine Grauer is a heartrending book that chronicles the story of the author's life of abuse and trauma and the valuable lessons she learned - that happiness is a state of mind and can be achieved by anyone regardless of the situation they are in. The book has been divided into two parts; My Story and Your Story. My Story is the honest account of the author's life till now and Your Story is about the tools and strategies of the Life Method (Listen, Investigate, Forgive, Evolve) the author learned. They are simple and easy to understand and can be incorporated into daily life without any difficulty. This book is the author's story, her journey, and will inspire and encourage readers to rise above their difficulties and adversities and find the happiness and positive energy that is available at their fingertips.

Project Life: Stop Waiting For Your Happy To Happen is a good way to realize that everyone is the scriptwriter of their own lives and can create the life they have been dreaming of for themselves. Christine Grauer's story and her words will give hope and courage to many readers who are stuck in unhappy situations and will encourage them to look inward to find happiness. The book is straightforward, raw, and honest, and the author's story can be related to by many readers who will find this book useful when it comes to dealing with trauma and abuse. They will realize that a happy life can be achieved by doing good inner work. What I like about the book is how it gives readers another perspective on how to handle negativity and toxic situations in life; to rise with resilience and open the doors to peace and happiness in their lives. It is also a good way to look into oneself and eliminate dysfunctional programming and the toxic influences of the past. This Life Method will enable readers to stop being victims and slowly evolve and connect with life.

An amazing book!

I just love how the author has divided the book into two different sections. Each serving a different purpose, yet so complimentary to one another. She tells her story in such a touching, endearing, and relatable way in the first section. The second section is the breakdown of the tools to overcome and even flourish from her experiences. The greatest part of it is that the tools needed are all FREE, we just need retrain the way we process things. I’ve already reread the second part two times.

I highly recommend Project Life: Stop Waiting for Your Happy to Happen. Total game changer!
