Razzle and Dazzle Are Bored by Christina Nunez is the story of two young kittens, Razzle and Dazzle, trying to find something to do. They are so bored and can’t think of anything to amuse themselves. They’ve read all their books and played all their games, and chores are surely out of the question. So what is there to do? They run to their mom for some fresh ideas because three heads are better than two if two are better than one. Can the kittens and their mom come up with something fun to keep themselves entertained or will they be bored forever?
Razzle and Dazzle Are Bored by Christina Nunez is a delightful little story that I think any child would relate to. Children become bored quite easily and find it very difficult to keep themselves occupied at times. This book offers an interesting way to keep children engrossed and encourage some quality time with either siblings or parents. It also shows that at the end of the day you have the most fun just spending time with the people who are closest to you. You can create an entertaining environment with nothing more than a good imagination, which I think is very important for any child to possess. The illustrations, which were also provided by the author, were so cute and I think that they would appeal to young children. Overall, I think this was a wonderfully written children’s book that would be loved by any child that reads it.
