The digital age has ushered in a new era of globalization. However, various social issues still plague humanity that can only be resolved through education. Tinsley Galyean is an MIT alumnus and entrepreneur with a background in technology and media. He also co-founded Curious Learning, a nonprofit that works towards making learning accessible for all, especially for children in places like South America, South Asia, and Africa. In Reframe, the author recounts his 34000-mile journey, visiting towns and villages in Uganda, Ethiopia, South Africa, India, and Bangladesh on research trips to provide learning apps to children from poor backgrounds. With this book, Galyean invites readers to reshape their beliefs and transform their approach toward the world through curiosity. See failures as opportunities for growth, set realistic goals, vet your beliefs, and work with others to take decisive and effective action.

Part travelogue and part social guide, Reframe: How Curiosity and Literacy Can Redefine Us is a fascinating book that's not only informative but also highly motivational. Author Tinsley Galyean shares his experiences of traveling to some of the most distinctive and culturally rich places in the world to set up research studies and provide kids with learning apps. According to Galyean, illiteracy leads to various social injustices. The author encourages readers to treat technology as a new medium for learning and to use their own curiosity to make the world a better place. The personal anecdotes make this book so different from typical self-help guides. The narrative is engaging, and it makes you want to know more about Galyean's experiences. Additionally, the book offers tools and strategies to help readers transform their own "limiting beliefs" and begin their journey toward learning and growth. I highly recommend it.
