We live in a time when the effects of climate change are becoming increasingly severe. Global warming and pollution are damaging our ecosystems due, in part, to the search for comfort in society. However, there is now greater awareness of energy security and the environment, leading us to seek renewable energy. That's why Mark Boxall shows us environmentally friendly alternatives in Renewable Energy. By knowing these options, we can promote their use and understand their characteristics to choose the most appropriate in different situations. Mark explains basic concepts about electricity and its history to natural and technological sources that help conserve the planet. Therefore, Renewable Energy is an excellent resource for understanding how to use our natural resources responsibly.
I loved Renewable Energy for its clear and straightforward explanations. Although it uses technical language in some parts, the content is well-developed and supported by pictures and diagrams to reinforce the information. That makes the material suitable for everyone, regardless of whether you're knowledgeable on the topic or not. I particularly enjoyed the section on hydrogen because there is a fascinating history behind this element. You can see that each type of hydrogen has its own characteristics and serves different purposes. Everything is explained clearly, showing the practical application of chemistry. In addition, Mark Boxall explains in detail the different types of clean energy. For these reasons, I recommend Renewable Energy to those who want to learn about the subject and the environment in an enlightening way.
