Restoring Ainsley by Tara Eldana is the story of a woman who never knew her father, but when a handsome man comes to her to share the secrets she longed to know, her whole world view changes. Ainsley Peters is just an elementary school teacher who never knew her father and she had no idea where he went. To give herself a break, she goes to Hawaii for vacation; however, she has no idea that she would be changing her life forever with this one decision. There she meets Gareth, a dashingly handsome man whom she saw in her dreams, and he changes everything. What he tells her not only shocks her but makes her face her fears even if she doesn’t want to. Gareth might be everything that she needs but he comes at a price that she might not be willing to pay. What is she going to do now?
Ainsley and Gareth are a match made in heaven. They perfectly complement each other, make sure to stand by each other’s side and ensure that they are happy. I enjoyed the relationship they had, I enjoyed how they interacted with each other and I absolutely adored their progress. They started from being strangers to being friends and then a couple. Their relationship is developed at a pace that suits them and ensures that the reader gets to experience their love with them. The pace of the story was just perfect, the narrative was smooth and the dialogues were awesome. I loved this book!
