In a world that's gradually becoming technologically advanced with smart logistics, smart healthcare, smart homes, smart cities, and other smart technologies, innovative tech start-ups are needed to meet the rising technological demands. Furthermore, as a result of Covid-19, countries are reconsidering deglobalization and onshoring, which can be achieved with digital transformation: moving from robots to smart robots that can produce products at a lower cost. A highly populated country like India, which is already at the forefront of global IT education, can supply other countries with IT services to help them become self-reliant. In Rise of the Digital World, Ravi Amblee makes a case for why India should take advantage of the increasing global digitization and further speed it up and shares how different industries can become smarter with technology, guaranteeing basic needs like food, shelter, and medication for all.

I love the future Rise of the Digital World projects: a smart world where people are more comfortable and basic needs are more accessible. Rise of the Digital World is quite realistic, specific, and all-encompassing—giving readers both present examples and futuristic scenarios of how technology can be incorporated into our day-to-day lives. I was greatly enlightened as there are several useful information and research references in the book that kept me abreast of some important things going on in India and the world in terms of technology and global trade. I felt confident in what I was reading since Ravi Amblee has completed a course on AI, blockchain, and IoT at MIT. Rise of the Digital World is highly recommended to readers who wish to know how a better, technologically advanced world can be attained.
