Robbie was a curious robot who looked beyond the deepest valley and past the tallest mountain. He was full of love and found inspiration in the sky above. Robbie loved looking at the full moon and he decided to pull it down. The moon started to cry and begged Robbie to return her to the sky but Robbie refused and took her to his hut. He put her on his bed and asked her to rest. Slowly the moon understood what Robbie was doing; he was helping and doing his part to lead with love and follow his heart. The moon told Robbie that just like he was acting in love on Earth, she was doing the same thing by shining brightly from above. They held hands and walked back to the world's tallest place where Robbie's true journey began.

Robbie The Robot Steals the Moon by Alli MacKenzie is a beautiful story that will make children understand how everything is connected and how that enables growth. The illustrations are as adorable as the characters and they give Robbie the Robot and the Moon an identity and personality of their own which makes them distinct from one another. It is a good book for bedtime storytelling and can be used in classrooms for read-aloud and storytelling sessions to help children understand the concept of being interconnected without making it sound too complicated for them to understand. Stories like this are enjoyable for children and they also learn about concepts in a fun way.
