Saving Me First 3: Unlocking What's Always Within Us by Hui Beop is a self-help book that solidifies the idea of a healthy body leads to a happy life. Our bodies have a lot of potential, yet we keep it locked up. The author believes a person can unlock their true potential if their body is healthy. Illnesses can harm more than just the body. They damage our organs but at the same time, they damage our capabilities and our confidence to expand those capabilities. Once we understand the underlying issue behind the illness, it becomes much easier to treat it and move forward. The author shares information that will help readers understand their bodies, unlock the full potential that is hiding behind the issues, and explore good health, confidence, happiness, and more.

Saving Me First 3 is a gem. The author has done extensive research to bring this invaluable information to readers and it shows in the careful yet informative narrative. While I don’t know much about energy systems, I think I have a good grasp on them after reading this book. The author has chaptered the information strategically so that the reader is educated on the topic and can easily implement it in their daily lives. The idea of “saving me first” is very helpful and much-needed. We often overlook ourselves, disregard the warnings our bodies are giving, and ignore everything. However, we don’t realize that if we don’t care for our bodies, we may not get the opportunity to explore the pleasures in life. Everything we go through and feel has a direct impact on our bodies. If we don't take care of our bodies then who will? The illustrations make it much easier to imagine the scenarios and make the information practical. These 8 chapters have taught me more about my body than I ever knew. I will highly recommend this book to anyone who wishes to get better and wants to live a healthier life.
