Self-Care for the Overworked by Peyton Slater is a great guide to help relieve the stress and anxiety that millions of people face every single day. I love how Slater outlines the symptoms of stress and anxiety so that the reader can quickly understand that they are not alone and that there is help. The author also provides insight into possible triggers and several different things anyone can do to start feeling better by incorporating certain behaviors into their daily life. One of the most important things people forget is that all accomplishments are equally important. I love that Slater points out the importance of celebrating those achievements, no matter how small.
