Faith O’Hara gave up friends and her one joy in life, belly dancing, when she became engaged to James. Coming home early one day from work, she found him in the shower but not alone. Faith called off the wedding and headed back to Dallas leaving James and Houston behind. She moved back in with a college friend Reagan. She was determined to return to dancing and give up on men. Aidan Wilkerson eventually became her boss and special friend. Unfortunately, he was engaged to be married to what his friends referred to as “The Witch of the West.” While Faith was attracted to him, she was not about to be the other woman. Faith decided not to commit to any man; she intended to have fun and enjoy life but soon learned that trying to be promiscuous was not for her. Her life seemed to revolve around Aiden, but James wanted back in her life. Someone blamed Faith for stealing her man and that someone was determined to get him back even if it meant Faith’s death.

This book has a comical aspect to it. Aiden and Faith mix like oil and water. This is a cute romance with just the right mix of suspense. The characters are challenging and quite likable. It's an enjoyable read.
