Lori Copeland has become a very popular Christian fiction author and after reading her latest novel, Sisters of Mercy Flats, it is easy to see why as this book is funny, fast-moving, and one that will have you glued to the pages all the way to end! The three McDougal sisters find that their luck has run out as they are being sent off to jail. However, each of the sisters is rescued by a different man. Abigail has never been alone and apart from her sisters, and she finds herself at the mercy of her rescuer; however, she decides she cannot take much more of being with him. After riding off without Hershall, she discovers that he is not whom he claimed and seemed to be but she cannot get rid of him.
Sisters of Mercy Flats is such an entertaining story, but also a sweet romance as well. Lori Copeland does an excellent job writing this story and the antics of the three sisters, especially Abigail as she is the main focus of the book. I am hoping that the other two McDougal sisters, Amelia and Anne-Marie, will have their stories told in their own books as well. Lori does such a great job with writing dialogue between the characters and I felt as if I was involved in their conversations and found myself laughing out loud on occasion throughout the book. Sisters of Mercy Flats is a fun, sweet book that you will not want to miss!
