This short guide gives pointers on how to start from where you are to walk in faith toward your purpose and dreams in life. Readers learn how to "get out of your own way" and find inspiration, confidence, gratitude, happiness, and faith in your life purpose, and in the joy of others.
I enjoyed Success Is Within You, as it confirmed many other things I've read and heard about the power of positive thinking. One thing that impressed me about this guide is that Michael W. Jackson boldly taps into his Christian faith to show how this power works in concert with a life of faith. I think that's good, because I've heard many people say they shy away from positive thinking guides for fear that they're too "New Age." That's not a problem with this book, as Jackson shows how scripture supports harnessing the full power of the universe to achieve your purpose in life. I'm also impressed with his honesty in acknowledging that bad things will happen and can't be prevented, but that a successful mindset can help you to learn from every life experience and to walk away with valuable wisdom and adjustments you can make to support a successful life. This is a great, quick guide to positive thinking and powerful living that can light the fire within to propel you into a better future.
