Sun, Sea, & Blueberry Tea by Kerry Evelyn follows Zaki Marsch, a professional hockey player, his fiancée Arwyn, and his twin daughters Isla and Amelie as they travel to the charming seaside town of Crane’s Cove in Maine for a friend’s wedding. What starts as a relaxing summer getaway quickly turns into something much bigger when Zaki surprises Arwyn with a plan to move their own wedding forward. Between summer camp adventures, wedding preparations, and heartfelt conversations about the future, the story follows their journey toward becoming a family.
I loved Sun, Sea, & Blueberry Tea by Kerry Evelyn, with its heart-warming plot and feel-good vibe. As the subtitle says, it is 'A Sweet, Small-Town Wedding Rom-Com Novella.' It feels like spending a week at the beach with friends and family. The writing is sweet and easy to sink into, and the setting is so vivid that I could practically smell the ocean air and blueberry treats. The characters are incredibly lovable, especially Isla and Amelie, whose camping adventures add humor and heart to the story. I also appreciated the way the author balanced romance with family relationships, making the emotional moments feel sincere without becoming overly dramatic. This is the kind of feel-good romance that leaves you smiling when you reach the final page and wishing you could spend a little more time in Crane’s Cove. Overall, I would definitely recommend Sun, Sea, & Blueberry Tea to anyone looking for a good, light-hearted romance read.
