In The 3 Loves Project: A Psychologist's Guide to a Life of Resilience, Flow, Love and Self-compassion, you're given the magic potion for true love through three love channels of purpose: Self-Love, Emotionally Intelligent Relationships, and Pursuing Your Passions and Experiencing Flow. Following, flowing through, and embracing each step in this order provides the catalyst for not only your well-being but in creating your balance. If there is a flood of emotions and feelings negatively impacting your progress then you'll not get the results that you seek. See this guide as an informal session with Dr. Campbell to help you work through the process because, besides this book, you'll need other tools from journals to a planner. Dr. Campbell carefully walks you through the steps for giving your life more meaning.

What I enjoyed in reading The 3 Loves Project by Dr. Debra Campbell were the quotes to help set the stage for each chapter. Within each chapter, there are processes, actions, and intentional guidance in helping the reader to navigate through the chatter within. Dr. Campbell assists the reading with breathing exercises, as well as discussing emotions such as anger, interpersonal relationships, and sex. Everything that surrounds us impacts and influences the frequencies (energy) of our lives. This guide is an excellent self-help resource to take you through the various nuances of life that you will experience, but with love at the forefront of your actions and purpose, you'll never lose.
