In The 9 Levels of True Transformation: How to Evolve from Feeling Lost to Being Found, he begins by reviewing his complicated childhood and family. He went through difficult times, including spending more than a decade in prison. He demonstrates that obstacles can be overcome, as he went from feeling lost to achieving success. He is now a wellness expert, business consultant, and coach. He summarizes what he has learned during his lifetime in this guide so that the reader can empower himself, find his essence, and achieve happiness.
I enjoyed The 9 Levels of True Transformation. Michael D. Alexander inspires confidence thanks to his experience and enthusiasm. He understands that change can produce fear and anxiety, so he motivates readers to move step by step, which is why the information is presented in levels. In this way he allows readers to feel comfortable with their decision to change. His words are direct, and he has a structured way of writing. At the beginning of each chapter, he outlines the terminology he is going to use. He develops the topics based on his experiences, anecdotes, and the lessons learned. The book demonstrates that what we learn in life forges our character, but it is possible to change our being and flow to escape from our inner prison.
