With over two decades of knowledge and experience in wellness, including several certifications and college studies in health, fitness, and nutrition, Coach Mike D.A. is a published author, wellness expert, and community activist who transformed his life during and after his decade long experience in the federal prison system. He has dedicated his life to empowering others to improve their quality of life as he did. He currently resides in Southern California with his wife and daughter, but frequently travels to spread his energy and insight

He went through difficult times, including spending more than a decade in prison. He demonstrates that obstacles can be overcome, as he went from feeling lost to achieving success. He is now a wellness expert, business consultant, and coach.
