Amidst this turmoil, the United Governments Association (UGA) emerged to bring order. Veteran commander Cornelio Von Tarkis, driven by a quest for vengeance and truth, seeks to uncover the betrayal that decimated his unit. As he delves deeper into the labyrinth of conspiracies, Cornelio transforms into the very monster he once fought against. His journey is fraught with inhumane horrors, unstable politics, and relentless fanatics, leading him to question the true nature of his enemies and the hidden forces at play.

Mr. E masterfully crafts a gripping narrative in The Black Horizon, blending intense action with deep psychological intrigue.
