The Fragile Angel by Stanley G Buford is a wonderful short story that includes a poem that helps to illustrate the unconditional love of God. Stanley has created this story in both English and French, which gives a beautifully international touch. Lisa wanted to get a closer look at her mother's prized collection of angels. As she was mulling over its beauty, she accidentally broke one of the wings on an angel. She was so afraid of how her parents would react to the mishap that she ran away to her friend Cheryl's house. When Lisa arrived at Cheryl’s house, it was raining. Lisa was surprised at how warm and welcoming Cheryl’s parents were, particularly since she ended up messing up their carpet due to the rainy weather. In Lisa running away from home, she received one of the best gifts that only God can give.

The proceeds from The Fragile Angel by Stanley G Buford will go to the From Boys To Men Network, a non-profit organization that is committed to developing strong character. The Fragile Angel is a great story to introduce the gift of God, His love, mercy and grace. It was beautiful how the parents from both sides responded to this situation. It displayed an excellent witness and testament of His patience. As the parents were patient, so is God with us.
