The central argument is bold and thought-provoking: that believers do not need to keep asking God for patience, joy, healing, or any other spiritual gift because through the blood of Jesus, God has already given all of Himself in full. Wolf builds this case by working through book after book of Scripture, pulling together passages on the same theme and showing how the word "fullness" echoes across the entire Bible.
