The Proof is a thriller by Larry Tipton that concerns an ancient artifact discovered years ago. Emily’s uncle recently passed away, and she was bequeathed an artifact that had long been rumored to exist. Its very existence could cause an ideological war between different religions. Emily must choose whether she wants to reveal that it is in her possession. She confides in Professor O'Shea, and he arranges for her to go to Phoenix to discover more. Several people find out that Emily has the object, and they contact her to buy it. As Emily deciphers the mystery and gains more clarity about what she has in her possession, she realizes that she can't trust just anyone.
The Proof is an outstanding mystery with an intriguing and exciting plot. Larry Tipton took me on a roller coaster ride of a mystery. It was fast-paced and jam-packed with action. I was captivated by the story and could not turn the pages fast enough. The suspense kept me on the edge of my seat. I never knew what to expect next with all the twists and turns. The characters were authentic and relatable. They could be anyone I know. Emily was my favorite. She was robust and made the right choice when she had to. I eagerly joined Emily’s adventure to decipher the mystery. This thriller is well-written and exceeded all my expectations, with a fitting ending.
