Wow! I just finished reading The Right Design by debut author Isabella Louise Anderson, and I must say, I simply loved it! Follow the story of interior designer Carrie Newman. She thinks her life is almost perfect, just waiting for the moment when she can marry the man of her dreams. But when she finds that man in the middle of an affair, one she had no inkling of, her life takes a major flip. Carrie decides to pick up and move from Texas to Florida, needing an entirely fresh start in order to recover from the shock of betrayal and to start anew. It's there that she meets her first client, Brad Larson, and a whole new adventure begins.
Again, I loved this book. Loved. It. To me, it was the perfect piece of chick lit. Full of intrigue, yet still fun, a bit of romance thrown it, it was simply a great, great read. Its relatively short length is perfect for reading through from start to finish, and readers will be pleased with this, because once you start reading The Right Design, you simply will not want to put it down! Author Isabella Louise Anderson has done a wonderful job in creating characters that her reader will connect with, relate to, and will continue to think about long after the book is done. If that isn't the hallmark of a great author, I don't know what is! I recommend The Right Design, and will also be keeping a close eye out for future work by the talented and promising author, Isabella Louise Anderson.
