I loved reading The Wretched Road to Success: A Book on Business and Management Theories by Matthew Krumsiek because Matthew reminds me of a personal coach with an interest in seeing his clients succeed. Success is relative to the person but Matthew coaches you through the steps in making sound decisions. As a business owner, balance is key so we must incorporate times of meditation, relaxation, reflecting, and refueling along with operating our business, otherwise we will burn out. I personally will be referring to The Wretched Road to Success: A Book on Business and Management Theories by Matthew Krumsiek whenever I get stuck, come to a fork in the road, or need to maintain balance.
