Dr. Tee-Tee loves children of all ages, is eager to understand the beauty of all cultures, and loves writing stories that make people laugh, think, and learn how to be good to themselves and to others. A lover of education, Dr. Tee-Tee is a proud alumnus of Ben Davis High School (2008), DePauw University (BA in Biochemistry with minor in English Literature 2012), Butler
University (Masters Pharm Sci 2014), and Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine (medical degree (D.0.) 2020).
Her time as an AmeriCorps volunteer in 2013- 2014 is what jumpstarted her desire to use her voice, time, and talents to give back to her community. One of her many joys is being a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics’ Council of Communications and Media and being a member of the American Academy of pediatrics’ Council of School Health. Most importantly, Dr. Tee-Tee is a Christian, a daughter, sister, a wife, and Iike Ife, a proud Nigerian American.

Together til the End: Ife’s Incredible Friends is written by Dr. Tee-Tee with drawings by Roland De Castro. What a lovely, simple and easy-reading book for beginners. The pictures tell a story on their own and are a tremendous help for those children who have learning difficulties, which seems to be more prevalent nowadays, or perhaps we have gotten better at diagnosing them.
The author Dr. Tee-Tee has worked closely with the illustrator Roland De Castro and has taken a topic that is very sensitive to children, especially with all the different races, cultures, and religions children are exposed to in schools today. Three subjects have been introduced in such a gentle and caring way that children will accept the explanations without any questions. The author has handled the subjects through the eyes of a child with love and understanding. What a joy.
I found this is a very good book to answer a child’s incessant 'Why' questions. It answers them correctly and fairly and does not show bias or color a child’s perception of the world around them. I found the illustrations so delightful that I have been back again to enjoy them. Thank you for a delightful book to read to children at bedtime.
