UBER Taxi Cab Confessions: An Illustrated Collection of Hilarious & Edgy Stories of my UBER Driving Experiences by Joe Mahedy was a quick and humorous read. When Mahedy became an UBER driver, he never expected to meet so many interesting people. These are just some of the stories about the people he has met and his experiences with them.
Never having used UBER, I was interested in what to expect and what types of people used it. Mahedy did an excellent job in educating me all about UBER in UBER Taxi Cab Confessions. His clever illustrations throughout the book helped to form a clear picture in my mind of all his different experiences with UBER. He still has me trying to figure out who the girl with the dragon tattoo is. My favorite story of his was “Dirty Dancing.” That one surprised me and had me laughing out loud.
Not only does Mahedy share his UBER experiences, he also shares numerous moments in his own life. I did feel he bragged a little too much about appearing in Cyndi Lauper’s video. However, I could not stop myself from watching the video so that I could see him. (Thank you for giving me the exact time you appear!) Overall, Mahedy sounds like an interesting person and he has gotten me to consider using UBER in the future. I greatly enjoyed reading about his UBER job.
