Born in California, but it didn't take long to realize the sky just wasn't big enough. Nevada was called home at an early age. Where the sunsets take your breath away and the sunrises breathe life back in. One thing learned from living in Nevada, you can never have too much sunshine or too many stars in the sky.

Weaving A Tapestry of Dreams boggles the mind. Jess Fulton pens a uniquely imaginative novel. This is a story, about a story, within a story. Opening with a beginning writing class, the speaker challenges the students in the audience. “You have an obligation to the imagination, mind, the very soul of the person who will read the words you write down.” At this point, the teacher begins to tell the story of Destiny. Destiny is led by compassion, she wants to make a difference in the world. A tragic accident leaves Destiny in a coma. While she sleeps, she dreams... darkness stalks her, but light pervades. In her dreams, she puts together the puzzle of her past, the missing pieces are intricately placed in the void of her memory. Adam and Mira dwell within her dreams. Destiny and Adam have a relationship that crosses the dimensions of time and space. However, Mira holds the key to Destiny’s memory. In limbo, Destiny is “somewhere between here and the other side of reality.” But is here real, or is it a dream?
Jess Fulton’s Weaving A Tapestry of Dreams is beyond captivating. It is an artistic, one-of-a-kind work of fiction. I have never read anything quite like it. I am truly “wowed.” The writing style, almost magical at times, is intriguingly figurative. Creative metaphors embellish the pages, describing windows as soldiers, and yawning doors. The individual plot schemes run parallel to each other, transcending time and consciousness, unfolding a multi-dimensional story. This effect makes the reader pause, yet keeps you wondering what is real? The characters grow and develop in each dimension, and intersect with precision. Weaving A Tapestry of Dreams awakens the imagination, opens the corridors of the mind, persuades the reader’s intellect to believe the essence of Destiny. As the story within the story ends, these words resonate, “Time never ends and neither does the story.” This novel will keep you thinking long after you close the book.
