In Who Is Malcolm Black by Marcus T. Naef, get ready to meet the ever elusive Malcolm Black as he returns home to exact the revenge he has thirsted for! Who is Malcolm Black, you ask? Well, he used to be a drug dealer in Miami. He had a steady “paycheck” that fed his mouth. He has a beautiful girlfriend and a son whom he loves dearly. There is nothing in this world that he would not do for them. Sadly, he is betrayed by his partner. He was Malcolm's friend and destroyed his life. To save himself, Malcolm ran away from Miami, but he never forgave that friend for taking away everything he cherished in his hard life.
Now he is the leader of a dangerous drug cartel that does not shy away from killing anyone that gets in their way. He is very powerful as their leader, and he believes that now is the time to get the revenge that is long overdue. But with the FBI dogging his every step, can he get his revenge and leave the place unscathed? Can he go back to his little family, or will he have to leave them once again?
This novel was a roller coaster ride, and I mean the good one. You might think that a drug cartel leader is heartless, but Marcus T. Naef beautifully portrayed the dilemmas they face every day. This is a chilling tale of terror and revenge that will grab your attention. Get ready for heavy eyes because you will be up all night reading Who Is Malcolm Black. I really enjoyed it. Five stars!
