This is a truly hilarious anthology. I really enjoyed the sarcastic, sometimes bordering on almost arrogant personality of the narrator. ADHD in D Minor, at its core, mocks the absurdity of contemporary life. It's light-hearted in tone and very much an entertaining read. Zoé Mahfouz has a wonderful sense of humor. For me, her observations were always on point. Some of the letters and stories really had me laughing out loud. Overall, the collection strikes a great balance between comedy and social commentary. I'm sure people who enjoy well-written satire are going to absolutely love this book. Mahfouz's writing has a way of keeping you hooked from the get-go. You find yourself completely immersed in her stories and monologues, not to mention the letters, which were some of my favorite parts of the collection. Highly recommended.
