American Revolution 2026 by T.T. Michael describes events that are totally fictitious, but the story felt very real to me. Kelvin Hanson is a captain on the USS Brandyn and when he receives an order to sink a civilian boat suspected of containing terrorists, he refuses. Kelvin is court-martialled and, though he was correct, he is still dishonorably discharged. Ashlee Townsend is not happy with the way America is going and has formed an anti-government organization called The Freedom Group. Together they will redefine the office of the president and all the rules. The new president, Diego Silva, is taking the presidency to a new level and using it mostly for his own selfish gains. Mike Callahan, his advisor, is shrewd and an expert at playing the political game. As all of the players each have a plan, they slowly come together as one and the results are nothing less than amazing.

American Revolution 2026 is a political thriller that kept me involved from beginning to end. I found myself ignoring my chores and staying up past my bedtime because there was never a good stopping point – the excitement and adventure just kept coming at me. T.T. Michael is a brilliant author who has portrayed a fictional situation, and yet there were times that I stopped and thought – what if this was really happening? I would like nothing better than to see American Revolution 2026 become the next hit movie sensation – I even have the cast picked out. I urge everyone to read American Revolution 2026. This is a top notch winner and all-round great read!

For the first time in history, the United States of America elected its first Hispanic, non-politician and non-military man to the presidency. American Revolution 2026 by T.T. Michael slowly unravels as the USS Brandyn is ordered to sink a suspected terrorist boat off the coast of the United States. As it turns out, it's just an innocent group of people having a good time on a private yacht. What happens next is a fast paced turn of events that brings us to the office of the most powerful man in the world; the US president and the Oval Office. Meanwhile, disobeying orders, Captain Kelvin Hanson, a naval officer on the USS Brandyn, is court-martialled, and so he conducts a private investigation on the curious incident. What he discovers will threaten the US and the world, but can something be done to stop it?

American Revolution 2026 is a chilling dystopian story that is timely and most relevant, and this is what makes it such a good read. T.T. Michael's creative writing style is smooth, swift and urgent. He takes his readers on a roller coaster ride through a string of events that culminates in different peaks so that there is never a boring moment. And as Captain Kelvin Hanson embarks on his private mission, the White House is embroiled in extraordinary events and it does feel like we are in the middle of it all. This is a book that certainly deserves a prominent place on your reading list!

Navy Captain (that would be Colonel for Army/Air Force types) Kelvin Hanson commands the USS Brandyn on a mission to destroy a suspected terrorist boat off the coast of the U.S. After determining that the target is not what he was led to believe, he refuses a direct order to fire on the boat and is relieved of command by Rear Admiral (Brigadier (one star) General) White and the suspected terrorist boat is subsequently destroyed. At his court-martial, Hanson receives a dishonorable discharge from the Navy. He remains convinced that all is not as it seems and with the help of his journalist (Washington Post) wife, Kishanna, he becomes convinced that the President of the United States is not all he appears to be. Through his wife, he meets Ashlee Townsend, head of the anti-government organization, Freedom Group, learns of their detailed information concerning corruption in the administration, and joins the group.

Thus begins a headlong plunge into government corruption, resistance, heroism and patriotism that will knock your socks off. With his political thriller, American Revolution 2026, T.T. Michael has hit the ground running with a story taken straight from today’s headlines. President Silva could be today’s president, except Silva is a democrat and his public agenda is the exact opposite. The hidden agendas of the fictional POTUS and the current real-live POTUS are, however, (trust me on this) identical. The real story here is not so much about the president and his subversive plans; rather, it’s a well written story of compassion, morality, friendships, love and patriotism neatly woven into an exciting political thriller. The story, the characters, and the settings are so real you’ll find yourself checking the news to see if it’s actually happening. What impressed me the most is how well Mr. Michael has woven truth and verisimilitude into a fictional story (I sincerely hope this story remains fictional). Stephen King has said that fiction is a lie, and that good fiction is the truth within that lie. T.T. Michael has written good fiction, hands down. Read it; you’ll love it.

American Revolution 2026 by T.T. Michael is a spellbinding mix of sci-fi and political thriller with a setting in the distant future, an evolved American society. When ordered to sink a suspected terrorist boat off the coast of the United States, Captain Kelvin Hanson disobeys the order, convinced the boat isn’t what they think it is. But he is brought to trial and, even if his decision was right, he is discharged dishonorably. Now, he is determined to find out why the government would order the destruction of a boat that doesn’t pose any danger to the country. Follow him as he teams up with an anti-government organization to dig for the truth, but are they ready for what they will discover?

I found this novel both exciting and intriguing, the kind that will delight fans of political thrillers and books that feature deadly machinations and intrigue. The writing leaps off the pages with unusual grace and the prose is tight, with great dialogues and vivid descriptions. Character development is exceptional and I loved Ashlee Townsend and Kelvin Hanson. T.T. Michael’s novel is skillfully plotted and it is interesting how he develops the conflict, introducing new and exciting elements every step of the way, and building the tension to an explosive climax. I also enjoyed the setting. The political and social elements of the setting come across powerfully and it isn’t difficult for readers to navigate the cultural spaces as they read through the story. American Revolution 2026 is deft and balanced in its execution, a work of great entertainment.

An American naval captain is shamed in court and discharged dishonorably for acting according to his conscience, and so he sets out to uncover dirty secrets about his government. When Captain Kelvin Hanson refuses to sink a boat suspected of belonging to terrorists, he does so with the full knowledge that he could be sinking a harmless ship. He is dragged through a military court for insubordination and even if he has palpable proof that the boat didn’t need sinking, he is still discharged dishonorably. Only one person can give him back the sense of purpose that he has always had while serving in the military: Ashlee Townsend, a woman who runs an anti-government organisation. Together they are thrust into a whirlwind quest to unveil the dark secrets of the government and what they unearth is far worse than anything they could have suspected.

American Revolution 2026 by T.T. Michael is a political thriller with a great setting and awesome characters. The author weaves relevant themes into the narrative, including conspiracy and misuse of power. The social and political atmosphere is nothing like we know in the United States, yet there is a sense of familiarity that readers get as they follow the characters, thanks to the author’s strong storytelling skills. T.T. Michael knows how to keep readers interested in the story, keeping their eyes focused from page to page, and he does this with a strong narrative voice, captivating dialogues, a sense of suspense, and a great arc in character development. The conflict is well-handled and readers will be very keen to follow the characters and watch as they evolve through the conflict. American Revolution 2026 features a riveting plot, compelling characters, and a world of escape for fans of sci-fi and political thrillers.

I like a good political thriller. Politics is a different world, with its own rules and behavior. A good political thriller will show that world. It will show people at their best…and their absolute worst. American Revolution 2026 by T.T Michael captures this dichotomy of the human spirit perfectly. It is tense and exciting while at the same time managing to convey ordinary personal relationships in the extraordinary realm of politics. T.T. Michael is a great writer and I’m looking forward to more novels of this caliber from him. I might have scoffed at the plot of this novel during other American presidential administrations, but these events are totally believable under the president we have now. That is part of what makes American Revolution 2026 a fascinating read.

The characters are intelligent, driven, and ambitious. Some of them are also very greedy. There are a few who are old fashioned patriots, in the best meaning of the term. This mixture of personalities and desires makes for a tense, gripping novel with moments of military drama and political maneuvering that will leave you breathless. All the major characters were interesting and they were real people who, while very intelligent, were full of character flaws that at their level of society can lead to disaster for all of us. The writing is great. The characters are great. There is nothing not to like in American Revolution 2026 by T.T Michael. This is a book we all might want to read now. We don’t stay free by accident, but by the contributions of dedicated people from all walks of life.
