Professionally, Dominique has spent over two decades building a diverse skill set in project management, data analysis, investment research, portfolio management, financial planning, and business coaching.

Prior to founding his registered investment advisory firm in 2016, he spent years running a fixed-income trading desk, co-managing a client portfolio of nearly $500 million, and investing in real estate.
As the host of the Conversations for Financial Professionals podcast, he brings together perspectives from both inside and outside the industry to de-stigmatize the role of financial advice in the lives of individuals.

Assess, Address, and Adjust by Dominique Henderson Sr. is a guide to defining and achieving your vision by following three framework principles and pillars of success. Using these principles and pillars, you can devise an action plan to achieve your vision. Henderson Sr. lists and defines the stumbling blocks, self-made and external, that may be standing in the way of progress and then provides step-by-step guidance to get out of the rut and actively work toward living with purpose. Using practical and personal examples, Henderson explains the frameworks and principles in detail. He also provides a 30-day journal activity that will only take 30 minutes per day to help you refine your action plan and work to take your vision from dream status to reality.

I enjoyed reading this well-written and well-conceived book. Assess, Address, and Adjust by Dominique Henderson Sr. is a candid, detailed, and convincing self-help book that encourages people to do the work to define and realize their vision. With Henderson’s attention to detail and his practical step-by-step guide, including the 30 minutes per day 30-day activity, I felt convinced and confident that I could implement his suggested strategies. I felt like I actively participated in his strategy through his detailed guidance and questions throughout the book. Assess, Address, and Adjust is a valuable resource that provides a clear, concise, and concrete strategy for identifying and living your vision for your life.
