The time is 1940. Nick Rhodes is an archaeologist working on a dig in Peru when he finds a very special Inca treasure. Nick knows that this treasure is sought after for evil purposes and he immediately sends it to his sister, Kate, at home in America. Kate is a policewoman working for her father and not happy with the restrictions he puts on her. The treasure is the perfect way to get out from under his controlling hand. Kate goes to see a college professor, Dr. Charlie (who is also an archaeologist), and together the two must travel to Peru and help Nick who may be in trouble because of his discovery. When they arrive, Nick and his team are missing and no one in the village wants to talk about it. Enter James Fleming, a British secret agent and very old friend of Kate's. Can he help?
