Colors Carter Carver's Way by Rosilyn Seay is a beautiful picture book for children. Do your children struggle with learning their colors? Then don't worry, this book will have them knowing red from blue in no time. A young boy named Carter loves school and excels in many things. But unlike his friends, there's one thing Carter struggles with. Carter can't seem to tell which color is which. This bothers Carter to the point of him wanting to be home-schooled. He tells his mother about his concerns and she comes up with an idea to help Carter out. She brings him a selection of different objects to test Carter's color knowledge. Will Carter be able to name all the colors of the articles his mother has in front of him?

Colors Carter Carver's Way is a wonderful book children are going to love and learn from. Children will inevitably come across a subject in school that they aren't great at. It will most likely make them feel like a failure, especially if it's something their friends are good at. Books like this are crucial in teaching and reassuring children that it's okay not to be good at everything, and that there's always a way to help them learn. Each page is filled with rhyming sentences which will help children remember the message the author is trying to convey, whilst entertaining them at the same time. The illustrations are highly professional and will attract the young reader's attention from the start. I hope to read more from Rosilyn Seay soon.
