Cool Science Experiments for Kids! by Sumita Mukherjee is an interesting and interactive book for children who want to explore the world of science, are naturally inquisitive, observant, and determined problem solvers. The experiments shared by the author not only encourage exploration, play, and invention, but also will help readers get hands-on with physical science, life science, math, and earth sciences. The playful ways of exploration will encourage children to have fun yet learn at the same time. It is the perfect book for children to imagine, build, play, and learn. The easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions are helpful to children to try the experiments with enthusiasm.

I found the book perfect for children, especially when they start learning science and math in school. The experiments are easy to try out and they will also develop an interest in children to explore the world of science and math in a fun and interactive way. All the experiments have steps and pictures to go with it so that trying it out becomes easy. The pictures help in making the concept clear so that children know exactly how to go about it. Books like this are wonderful for children as it makes learning fun and the inventions and designs will draw readers into science and give them the confidence to try out experiments on their own. It is definitely a book that all school libraries and children’s libraries should have, and parents can have one in their personal collection too as it is the best way to keep children occupied while at home.
