Meet Devin and Evan who are twins and the best of friends in the story Devin & Evan Sleep from 8 -7: Teaching Children the Importance of Sleep by Whitney Roban, Ph.D. They share a love of many things but when it comes to sleep they are different. Devin gets 11 hours of sleep and Evan sleeps only for 8 hours, but that is not enough for him. Devin loves to sleep and when it's time to go to sleep he cannot wait to get into bed. It is not the same for Evan who treats his bedtime like a game and by the time he sleeps he is in tears. When they wake up they are in different moods. In school, Devin can concentrate well while Evan struggles to stay awake. Will Evan realize the importance of sleep?
