Did You Know? Love-light by Lisa White is a beautiful book that emphasizes the connection human beings have with the Universe and the energy and inner light that exists within. The book tells readers how saying hi to the sky is actually saying hi to the self because they are also made up of the sun and the stars. They also have light and color and sound coming through them, and they have their own sparkle too. No matter what size they are, the sparkle comes from heavenly light and a Love that exists in them. The book also tells readers how to calm the mind down and then go to a quiet place within and send their love-light all around. Let us read the book to learn more about how the author introduces mindfulness and meditation to young readers.

Did You Know? Love-light is a good way to introduce children to calming their minds and seeking light and love within themselves. Stephanie Rosas gives clarity to Lisa White's words and concept with her calming and meditative illustrations that enhance the spiritual undertones that run through the book. The exercises at the end are effective when it comes to calming the mind and being positive and peaceful in all situations. The book reaches out not only to children but also to adults and is a good way to discover the love, light, and energy that is there within. It is a good book for parents and tutors to use for read-aloud and storytelling sessions at home and in classrooms to help children connect better with themselves and the Universe. It is also a gentle way to help children understand meditation and mindfulness without making it too complicated for them.
