Empress Rising by Rose Wippich is an inspirational guide for women who wish to live a more vibrant life. Through 14 chapters, the eight pillars of Empress energy are explained. A “royal invitation” follows each chapter, outlining exercises. Rose has written this guidebook for other maturing women who may be feeling invisible. She has lived through some challenging times, which have sharpened her tiara. She shares her insights so that others may set their sights on achieving access with their own crowns. This book is a personal invitation to gain Empress energy through self-reflection. Healing happens through a healthy dose of honesty, forgiveness, and self-care. Power arises when you believe you deserve to be seen and heard.
One of the things I discovered in Empress Rising by Rose Wippich is that certain words have power. Rose uses such words. Reading and reciting words such as "sovereign," "empress," and "coronation" gave me the strength to mentally and physically stand up straight and tall. However, I also learned many other valuable lessons from this book. Living with a daily purpose in gratitude creates a more meaningful life view. As important, I learned that once a woman achieves Empress status, or nearly achieves it, she has a responsibility to pass on her knowledge and strength. You don’t have to be born with a silver spoon in your mouth, be a member of Mensa, or wear a size 2 to live the Empress way. You only need to believe that you are worthy. Reading this book will confirm what you already know: that you too can be an Empress on the rise!
