Frizzy Tizzy has a new adventure in Frizzy Tizzy Camps In by Wendy Hinbest. This time Frizzy Tizzy gets to go camping in her back yard with her mom, dad and her friend named Emma. This is Frizzy Tizzy’s first time ever camping and she is very excited. She makes her parents laugh when she starts singing about how excited she is to be camping in her back yard. She is excited to be camping in a tent and not sleeping in her bed. She eats breakfast and then goes out to see if her dad has set up the tent yet. When he has finished setting up the tent, Frizzy Tizzy gets even more excited for the night. Then while Frizzy Tizzy is playing in the tent, thunder claps scare Frizzy Tizzy and the rain comes down. Frizzy Tizzy runs to her parents. Because of the rain, they can’t camp outside so they camp inside. The day is saved.

This is a great story to read to your kids before bed. It may even give you ideas for fun activities with your child. The character Frizzy Tizzy is adorable and creative. She also depends on her parents to help her when she is sad. The book has a great moral of never letting something rain on your parade. Frizzy Tizzy Camps In by Wendy Hinbest is the perfect example of this. I love the pictures that show off Frizzy Tizzy's crazy hair. Her sweet little personality is perfect for the story. Having fun with her friend and making the best of a bad situation is a great thing for a children's story. Well written and interesting enough to keep young minds entertained, this story is intriguing for young readers.
