Full Circle: Lucia's Story by Robert J. Saniscalchi is an inspiring tale about family, friendship, and love. The story unravels in 1967, in the town of Creakwater, New Jersey, as Vincenzo, Lucia Rossi’s abusive husband, loses money again in a game of poker with his friends. The family is struggling with their finances. Nevertheless, Lucia tries to provide a stable home for their daughter Ana and son Mario. With the help of relatives, the family gets by until the day a drunk Vincenzo pulls out of a bar without looking. Lucia has to take charge of her life and raise two kids. She starts a new life, meets new friends, and tries to make a better life for her family. This is her journey.
Robert J. Saniscalchi’s Full Circle: Lucia's Story is one woman’s struggles as she tries to do the best for her family. This is a story where the plot is used to evolve the character and Lucia is well-developed and relatable. Trapped in an unhealthy relationship, her love for her children gives her the courage and determination to make things better. Her story focuses on the importance of family and friends and it is a heartwarming tale. We also meet many likable characters like Sam whose support for Lucia is invaluable. This is a compelling journey of a wife and mother as she deals with a series of developments that lead to a complete reversal of her original situation. Highly recommended!
