Getting Baked is a fantastic guide for natural solutions to common ailments for overall health and wellness. Barb Webb shares her passion and vast knowledge, skills, and experience. It is vital for everyone to develop an appreciation for home-grown remedies. The book not only contains valuable information but also tips, questionnaires, comparison tables, pictures, references, and charts. There is a list of herbs and plants with their botanical name, growth cycle, special needs, and harvesting details. A medicinal pantry and first aid kit are essential; a list of items is also provided in the book. Delicious recipes are the crowning glory from Walnut Pesto to Herb Pastes / Tinctures, Pickles, Spice Blends, and more. A food pairing table shows which herbs to use for a variety of meals.
