Having experienced that regular stress of trying to get everything done in one day, I desperately needed this book to set me straight. I loved how Amanda emphasized the importance of slowing down and discussed the very likely possibility of burnout. I greatly appreciated her extensive use of relevant data and facts to support her arguments: the work is clearly founded on thorough research. By including examples and coherently dividing the contents of this book with headings and subheadings, I found it incredibly easy to understand. Through doing her exercises and suggested yoga poses, the book kept me engaged. For anyone looking for practical advice to help you achieve flow, Go From Hustle To Flow is for you!
