Chun, who came to the US 40 years ago, has had a busy career in the healthcare industry. His book enlightens readers about losing weight, sleeping better, eating well, and exercising effectively. It exposes the flaw in looking for a magic solution and instead encourages choosing to embrace a healthy lifestyle by making informed choices about one's overall physical and mental health.
