Each chapter starts with insightful quotes that effectively set the tone of the subject matter. Exhorting his readers to get off the so-called rollercoaster ride and reject mid-life crisis, Coach Taylor urges readers to also embrace who they are and accept spirituality. The book also discusses embracing health and fitness, financial abundance, joy, passion and purpose, diversity, technology, and being in service. The process could be painful for some but only then can healing takes place, and true happiness is attained.
