Aging is a part of life. Our bodies change as we age. Time slips away in a twinkling of an eye. Hugh Wilson, M.D., has written a book about the aging process and what can be done to prolong life. This easy-to-read book travels into the history of aging and diseases and what causes them. It touches on cancer and treatments. Hugh writes about how technology and new age medicine and treatments have altered our current life expectancy. Age management becomes a science not only with diet and exercise but with the way we mentally view ourselves. Motivation is key to starting changes that can lead to better health and energy. Early detection of disease is essential for both care and support.

"Live Better Longer" by Hugh Wilson is an informative read that can and will eventually relate to anyone who ages. People take time for granted and often ignore their health. Obesity and health issues can be prevented with life style changes. With preventative measures, most folks could live a long and fruitful life. People don’t have to just live with their ailments. Not when so much has been discovered to slow the aging tide. There is no fountain of youth, but there isn’t a reason why people can’t look and feel their best at any age. I really enjoyed reading this book. This book is packed with a lot of information. It is done so in an interesting and easily understood way. Highly recommended.
