Andrew and Bryony embark on a yachting holiday around the Aegean Sea. The couple’s lovemaking is as strong as ever, but Andrew grows frustrated with his obvious lack of “seamanship” against Bryony’s sailing skill. Bryony meets a hot sailor and believes bringing on Lorenzo to help manage the yacht is a great idea. Her keen radar for the sexual appetites of people gives her the perfect opportunity in furthering Andrew’s sex education. Andrew is jealous and not very interested in cooperating in Bryony’s plans. While Bryony works to expand their sexual escapades to include bisexuality, Lorenzo works in an odious plot that could prove the end for the couple.
Tim Bartholomew ups the ante in Love Knot, the second book in the Slave to Beauty trilogy, not only with the sex scenes but also a thrilling adventure. A wicked and totally unforeseen plot line clearly raises the bar. The inclusion of bisexuality into the mix creates an entirely new twist that comes with an increase in tension as the plot charges forward to what could potentially lead to a lethal conclusion for Bryony and Andrew. As with book one, Body Language, the characters are true to life and the eroticism exceptionally well described and placed in the overall story. Fans of adventure, mystery, and intrigue will also find a sweet spot in the Slave to Beauty trilogy. I’m hooked on this series and have already gotten my hands on the third and final adventure in the trilogy.
