New Creation takes the reader on a thrilling adventure. Payce Halligan was in the hospital in a comatose state. After two attempts on her life, she disappears from the hospital. Her partner Gavin McAllister has temporarily partnered with Nick. The constant bickering of the two men stands in the way of solving the murder/suicide. All the evidence points to The New Creation. Amy, a journalist with Channel 8 news will stop at nothing short of blackmail and seduction to get a story. Eventually Nick and Gavin realize they were lied to and Payce is missing. The pair put their differences aside and begin to work together like true detectives. How can a hospital lose a comatose patient? An onslaught of deaths of cancer patients prove to be connected to a legalized drug. The bodies are starting to stack up.
Author PI Barrington takes the reader on a thrilling journey that ends with a cliff hanger. She always leaves her readers drooling for the next book in the series. Some series can be read as a standalone, but this one should be read in succession.
